Jerry is the Founder and current Executive Chairman of REIAC’s Southeast Region and was responsible for expanding the original Los Angeles organization to a national group, when he created an Eastern U.S. Chapter in Atlanta in 1994. He has also served as REIAC Southeast’s President continuously for the past 30 years.

Jerry is a 40-year commercial real estate veteran. He has been directly involved in the acquisition, disposition and financing of more than $5 billion in transactions, spanning all of the major user and income property types throughout the country. As President of Lancet Realty Advisors, he leads dedicated national advisory teams focused on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real estate for major corporations. Lancet’s largest long-term recent client is Walmart Realty.

In his most recent prior position as Executive Vice President, Investment Services, Jerry both created and managed international brokerage firm NAI Global’s national institutional Investment Services Group and its national loan sales platform. Prior to NAI Global, he was employed by MassMutual Life Insurance Co. and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Inc.(now known as Barings), its wholly-owned pension fund advisory subsidiary, where for a total of 10 years, he created and headed up their respective national and southeast regional dispositions programs.

In addition, he was CEO and Managing Partner of Broad Street Capital, LLC, an acquisition advisor to 43 European institutional investors; Senior Vice President at Love Funding Corporation, a national real estate lender; a full-time underwriting contractor for MortgageRamp (GMAC Commercial Mortgage) and Credit Suisse; and an investment sales broker at Grubb & Ellis.

Jerry is a graduate of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, a CCIM designee (former South Florida Regional Chapter head), a former member of the Honorary Board at Georgia State University’s Real Estate Department and a long-time current member of Mensa, Ltd.

Mr. Agadoni is responsible for leading all aspects of LightBox’s Consulting and Engineering segment including product strategy, client engagement and strategic partnerships. He is a speaker and author on a broad range of environmental, health and safety issues such as site assessments and audits, regulatory compliance, radon, asbestos, mold and lead in drinking water. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the southeast chapter of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC) and he regularly directs public course offerings of the Environmental Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, and is a Certified Environmental Auditor and Registered Environmental Property Assessor.

Phil is a Crown Advisors founding partner, responsible for client development, project management and direct recruiting for developers, investors, advisors, homebuilders and financial services providers. He manages search assignments from inception to completion and is actively involved in search strategy, interviews, referencing, candidate analysis, compensation negotiations and closure. Before joining Crown, Phil created, implemented and managed a real estate recruiting department within the Professional Services Division of the Southwestern Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the Pennsylvania State University.

Phil serves on the board of directors for the Southeastern Chapter of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council and is a member of the organization’s Membership and program committees. He is active in the Pension Real Estate Association, National Multi Housing Council and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.

• A Global Portfolio Strategist & Head of Sub-Advised Relationships and a Head of North America Capital Development for a 150-year-old bank with more than 35,000 employees serving 10 million customers at more than 800 locations around the world.
• Four Regional Development Partners (New Jersey, Denver, Dallas and Portland), 9 VPs of Development (Boston, Houston, Denver, New Jersey, Portland and Seattle) and a VP Construction for a national company that develops, acquires and operates high-quality apartment communities in desirable locations coast-to-coast.
• Two SVPs of Acquisition (East Coast and West Coast), an SVP West Coast Development, SVP of Regional Operations and Investments, VP of Acquisition and a Vice President of Development for a company focused on the development, acquisition and management of over 60M SF of industrial property. The company invests in major coastal and inland port logistics markets anchoring North America’s principal freight lanes.
• A Managing Director of Capital Development and Director of Investor Relations for an independent real estate advisor specializing in investments on behalf of Taft Hartley and large institutional investors.
• Head of US Real Estate Research for a manager of private real estate investments and public real estate securities with over $50B AUM.
• Placed two Division Presidents, one in Washington, DC and one in Tampa, FL, for one of the Top 10 largest publicly-held homebuilders in the country.

With over 18 years at Resource, Jessica leads the development and execution of the company’s overall brand strategy while guiding creative execution. As Vice President, she plays a key role in shaping brand positioning, directing visual identity development, and ensuring brand consistency and efficacy to achieve business goals.

Since joining Resource in 2007, Jessica has worn many hats—spanning account management, copywriting, and strategy—spearheading branding initiatives across the full spectrum of real estate. From large-scale mixed-use and master-planned communities to adaptive reuse, commercial, and residential projects, her expertise has served landmark developments like The Banks, Peachtree Center, Eastern Wharf, and Assembly Atlanta.

An Atlanta native and University of Georgia alumna, she currently lives in Buckhead with her husband and two kids.

Cate brings 10 years of experience in account management and brand strategy across a diverse range of industries, including office, mixed-use, multifamily, F&B, nonprofit, and corporate branding. As Senior Brand Manager, she plays a key role in delivering high-level account service while contributing to the development of strategic brand initiatives. Her background includes multifamily property management, event planning, and public relations, giving her a well-rounded perspective on brand positioning and audience engagement.

Cate is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she majored in Advertising with a minor in Speech Communications.

Greg Null has extensive experience representing clients in the financing, acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of commercial properties in every asset class throughout the country.

Greg has spent much of his career representing investors and sponsors in a wide range of joint venture and other equity matters. He also regularly represents institutional lenders negotiating, documenting, and closing complex commercial loans of all types, including bridge, construction, acquisition, development, permanent, and mezzanine loans. Also, since the inception of the CMBS industry, Greg has represented a host of securitized lenders in closing numerous commercial real estate loans secured by properties in most states. Greg has substantial experience representing lenders and investors nationally in complex real estate problem loan workouts, restructures, and remedy enforcement. In addition, he represents special and master servicers in a wide range of servicing matters.

For years, he has been recognized in the peer-reviewed publication Best Lawyers as one of the premier real estate lawyers in Georgia. Greg chairs the firm’s Commercial Finance Industry Group and is the Atlanta office co-managing shareholder.

Brian has enjoyed a long career frequently serving as both a Residential and Commercial Mortgage-backed Securities (RMBS and CMBS) expert witness in disputes involving structured finance, servicing, loan origination standards and mortgage credit risk. He has been qualified to testify as an RMBS and CMBS expert in various valuation, origination and loan servicing issues in residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities litigation.

In 2008 and 2010, he served as an adjunct professor at Emory Law School and has guest lectured at the graduate real estate programs of Georgia State University, Emory, Georgetown, New York University, Wharton and Columbia University. Brian is currently servicing as an Adjunct Professor at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He has been quoted widely in the national press on issues involving the banking industry, mortgage-backed securities and the government’s response to the credit crisis. He has testified before the Congressional Oversight Panel to TARP, briefed the Senate Banking Committee staff on lending regulations and twice served as a Visiting Scholar to the OCC on real estate and capital markets issues.

He serves on various boards including the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council and Charleston Symphony Orchestra where he leads pre-concert talks with the conductor and soloist. He is also an economic fellow with DesignIntelligence. He also organized the European chapter of what is now the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (“CREFC”), a trade group that promotes liquidity to commercial real estate finance. For many years, he served on the Executive Committee and Board of Governors of CREFC and the editorial board of CREF World. He also chaired the National Policy Committee of CREFC.

Robert is the Senior Managing Director of Client Services for Trimont.  Based in Atlanta, Robert is responsible for business development and client relations with an emphasis on ABS, CMBS and GSE markets.  He is currently supporting the development and expansion of Trimont’s Global Digital Infrastructure platform for servicing of data centers in AMER, EMEA and APAC.  Since joining Trimont in 2001, he has gained extensive experience in both private and public credit asset management, special servicing, underwriting and client relationship management and has previously led the Credit & Asset Management, Special Servicing and Investment Advisory business lines in the Americas while serving multiple years in the Senior Leadership Group.  Prior to joining Trimont, Robert held roles as Director of Finance and Business Development at e-Cotton and Management Consultant at Ernst & Young.  He serves as a current Board Member of Grateful Americans Charity and REIAC and is Member of the Auburn University MRED Development Advisory Board.

Paul Berry joined Mesa Capital Partners in October 2023 as President and COO. In this role Paul is instrumental in Mesa’s capital raising, acquisitions, development, strategic planning, operations, and reporting. Prior to joining Mesa, Paul was Vice Chairman at CBRE. During Paul’s 24 years with CBRE he co-led the firm’s Southeast Multifamily Group, a team that completed $4 – 8B in annual transactions.

Paul’s focus centered on institutional-grade multifamily properties with values often above $100 million. Transactions included stabilized, pre-stabilized, pre-construction sales, condominium conversions, portfolios, mixed-use, equity raises, adaptive re-use, recapitalizations, and land sales in metro Atlanta and across the Southeast. Paul was a six-time inductee into CBRE’s Colbert Coldwell Circle recognizing the “Top 100” producers globally and a frequent “Top 10” investments honoree by the Atlanta Commercial Board.

Prior to CBRE, Paul held a regional position with Crocker Realty Trust helping the firm grow and operate its Southeastern portfolio through acquisition and development. Before Crocker, Paul held positions with USF&G Real Estate Advisors and a Bank of America predecessor. Paul began his real estate career at Trammell Crow Company.

Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden Business School.

Paul serves on the board of REIAC, a real estate industry association and as Chairman of the board for City Springs Theatre Company.

Ms. Rivera-Pauley is a Senior Vice President at Regions Bank in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is responsible for Commercial Real Estate Industry Analytics and Market Research for the Income Property Finance Group. Ms. Rivera-Pauley has 25+ years of broad experience in Banking and Accounting and has worked in a wide variety of fields including Asset Based Lending, Commercial Real Estate, C&I, Large Corporate Syndications and Financial Reporting.

Ms. Rivera-Pauley’s previous positions have also covered a wide variety of institutions, including Barnett Bank, Wachovia, SouthTrust, SunTrust, EverBank, Community & Southern Bank, Keybank and Bank of America. Ms. Rivera-Pauley is actively engaged in the industry and community serving on the following Boards and committees:

• Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (“CREFC”): Board of Governors, CREFC Woman’s Network Co-Chair the Speakers’ Bureau committee and on the local Atlanta Women’s Network Committee, Programming Chair; and Co-Chair of the DEI Communications Committee.
• Southeast Chapter of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC): Board Member
• The Risk Management Association (“RMA”): President of the Atlanta Chapter
• Urban Land Institute (“ULI”): Co-Chair of the Atlanta ULI Capital Markets Council and Member of the Atlanta Advisory Council and Honored in 2022 by ULI WLI as a WLI “Change Maker”.Ms. Rivera-Pauley also serves on the Board of Trustees of Mount Paran Christian School. Ms. Rivera-Pauley is fluent in Spanish and lives in Kennesaw, Georgia with her husband and two sons.

Ms. Rivera-Pauley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, an MBA in Finance with dual concentrations in Finance and Operations Management from Rollins College, and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.

David Meline is a Vice Chairman within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Investment Sales Group. With his partner, Stewart Calhoun, Mr. Meline leads a twelve-person, Atlanta-based team that specializes in capital markets advisory for office and industrial investment properties throughout the southeastern United States.

With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Meline has led the disposition of over $30 billion of assets for many of the most prominent investors in the U.S. and abroad. He is a member of C&W’s Global Advisory Board, Sunbelt Leadership Team, and Atlanta Executive Committee.

Mr. Meline joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1991 as one of the three candidates selected nationally for the firm’s MBA Associate Program. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Meline was an Assistant Project Manager for Lowe Development Corporation in Los Angeles from 1990 to 1991 and a Real Estate Specialist for Coopers & Lybrand in Boston from 1986 through 1989.

Lynn McKee has taught at the Robinson College of Business for more than 10 years, and currently serves as director of its M.S. in Commercial Real Estate program. He brings 40 years of commercial real estate and finance experience to the classroom, including roles as a mortgage banker, workout specialist and direct lender for life companies, credit companies, asset managers and a major bank.

Prior to teaching, Lynn worked at SunTrust Bank (now Truist) for 11 years, Trimont for five years and GE Real Estate for 15 years.

He holds a B.A. in urban planning from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA with real estate and finance concentrations from the American University.
